Terms and conditions:

Available for Jordanian nationals residing in Jordan or abroad, or foreign nationals residing in Jordan
Available for the purchase of a new home or for the renovation of an existing home
Eligible applicants must be at least 21 years old and no more 70 years old by the end of the loan.
The maximum age is reduced to 65 years old by the end of the loan for Jordanian expats and foreign nationals residing in Jordan.

Required documents:

Valid ID for residents
Valid passport and valid residency permit for non-residents
Bank account statement covering the last 6 months
Proof of your latest salary and an employment verification document for salaried applicants
For entities: a company registration certificate, a valid occupational license, a license to practice the profession, and a membership certificate to the relevant association for self-employed applicants
Property organization, site plan, construction license, property registration document, and contract of sale
Original contract for the purchase of the property
